Take one step at a time

Often when faced with new challenges, fear can make us withdraw and want to stick to the status quo. I am currently reading a fascinating book called 'Take control of your life' by Mel Robbins. Robbins encourages us to slow down and spend more time doing the things that makes us feel energised and to break tasks into smaller chunks. This is a philosophy that I have adopted over the years, and it has really helped me to navigate complicated issues. Allow yourself to take one step at a time, and you will soon achieve even the most daunting of challenges.
